As the managing partner of McGoughLaw P.C. L.L.O., Attorney Jim K. McGough focuses his practice on defending Nebraskans who have been arrested and charged with both state and federal crimes. With over 15 years of criminal defense experience, Mr. McGough is prepared to handle any kind of criminal case and is confident in the trial setting. He has presented at various seminars, has published several articles about criminal defense, and was interviewed for the award-wining documentary, “The House I Live In.” He has argued before the Nebraska Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
