Deanna Marie Pina

Deanna Piña received her J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2019. During law school, she focused on family law, immigration law, and international human rights law. She also completed a concentration in litigation. 

After becoming licensed Deanna has worked as a general immigration attorney in the Omaha metro area, assisting clients with the following: family-based petitions and consular processing, naturalization and citizenship, work permits, DACA renewal, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, asylum, applications for survivors of domestic violence under VAWA, immigration bond, and removal/deportation defense in immigration court. Deanna also practices family law throughout Nebraska, assisting clients in divorce, custody, and paternity cases.

Deanna has worked in immigration law since 2017 for non-profit and private law firms in the Lincoln and Omaha area, and notably served as a judicial law clerk for the Executive Office of Immigration Review ("Immigration Court") in Omaha, Nebraska before becoming an attorney. 

Deanna Piña provides empathetic and knowledgeable immigration and family law representation. Deanna became an attorney to ensure that non-citizens are treated with dignity and respect.
