Sara Anne Larson

I'm writing to enthusiastically recommend attorney Sara Larson for your legal requirements. I believed that a friend of mine needed a lawyer more expert than the one he had been consulting. I contacted Ms. Larson to see what she might offer us. When we arrived to meet with her, she had a foot-ta...ll stack of papers in front of her: all of the paperwork filed so far in the case. She had clearly studied it *all* and understood the issues thoroughly. She presented at least ten avenues through which the case could be approached more effectively; all were better approaches than what was happening at the time. I am not a lawyer, but my father was, and he didn't retire until I was 63, and we were in court a fair amount because he handled cases for me. So I have some reasonable insight into whether an attorney seems to understand the issues and the law and the implications and the process. Ms. Larson was instantly focused on the goals and the threats. During our discussion she frequently brought up previous filings, even minor ones, and showed how they spoke to the other side's motivations and strategies and how that insight might be best used. She considered how to integrate her recommendations with the level of understanding of her client and his capabilities. She knew the judge and the judge's history and other rulings, and how that might inform selecting the best plan. She was impressively concerned about the client's interests, both from a legal standpoint of course, but also quite obviously from the standpoint of protecting his personal situation: she took into consideration the emotional toll of the lawsuit and her client's relationships with complainants and family.
