Mr. Curley's help has been instrumental and very beneficial to my immigration status in the United States. From the beginning he has clearly identified all the possibilities I would have to apply for a visa at the different stages of my life here in the U.S. He represented me in obtaining an F1 B visa to get my Master's Degree. That Visa was approved. He also represented me applying for an H1B Visa after completion of my OPT. That visa was very difficult to obtain not because of lack of competency from Mr. Curley but because the options I had for employment where limited considering the requirements from USCIS for an H1B Visa. That case was denied and appealed. In the meantime, while that case was pending, Mr. Curley represented me in obtaining my Permanent Residency after I got married and was very helpful providing insight for the Immigration appointment I had to attend with my wife. That case was approved.
I am very pleased and grateful for the help and patience he has had with my cases.
My husband was undocumented and we met with Mr. Curley, he was knowledgeable and the process was without issues (other than Covid delays at the Embassy) I highly recommend him! HIs assistants were top notch as well.

CURLEY IMMIGRATION LAW: WHERE CLIENTS COME FIRST!
EXPERIENCED. TRUSTED. COMPASSIONATE.AT CURLEY IMMIGRATION LAW, WE HANDLE ONLY IMMIGRATION CASES. PERIOD. LET OUR EXPERIENCED TEAM HELP.
I grew up in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Following graduation from O'Gorman High School, I chose to continue my education at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. At Creighton, I received an outstanding liberal arts education in the Jesuit tradition. Serving as a Resident Advisor during my last two years at Creighton helped me to develop my customer service skills. In May 1990, I graduated cum laude with my B.A. in Organizational Communication with a minor in Business Administration.
I knew that I wanted to be a lawyer since a young age so I continued my education at the Creighton School of Law. Working my way through college and law school gave me an appreciation for hard work and dedication. Clerking for a local law firm during my last year of law school opened my eyes to the inner workings of a law firm and gave me a real world view of lawyering.
Following graduation from law school in the top third of my class, I successfully passed the Nebraska bar exam and accepted a position with Brown & Brown, PC. The five years that I worked at B&B gave me a breadth of experience in several areas of law, including immigration. Handling employment-based cases for our corporate clients sparked an interest in learning more about this area. So, when I opened my own law practice in February 1999, I decided to dedicate my time to handling immigration cases only. The U.S. immigration laws are so complex that I knew that I would need to focus only on immigration if I wanted to be successful.
Our focus on immigration cases only helps us to ensure quality customer service and personal attention to our clients.

I want to reopen my case to fixe deportation.
Hello, Mr. Curley. I am Dovud Orifov. We had 2 conversation at the end of 2011 whe I was in the U.S. I lost my student status because of financial problems and got caught by ICE. My father's friend who lives in the U.S. bound out me from the jail. I attended to college again and an international student adviser filed all the forms for getting my student status back.
I wanted to hire you as my lawyer but I didn't have enough money. I had a court and I late. Be cause of this I got deported for 10 years. I bought my ticket and left U.S.
Right now I am in Germany and I want to reopen my case. Can you please tell me what are my chances? And do we still get the money that my father's friend paid for bound out?
Thank you so much and hoping to hear back from you soon!
