Deziree Medina is a Nebraska family law attorney driven by her passion for empowering clients and their families. This commitment to serving others led her to pursue a career in law, where she could make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Deziree was drawn to family law because she believes in the power of transformation – helping clients turn difficult circumstances into opportunities for long-term resolution and growth. Her personal experience as a child of divorce has given her unique insight into the challenges families may face, motivating her to provide empathetic guidance and practical advice.

Deziree is a trained mediator, further enhancing her ability to navigate complex legal matters with compassion and expertise. She sees firsthand how resolutions reached through alternatives to traditional litigation support families for the long term.

Deziree earned her Juris Doctor from the Nebraska College of Law. She is an affiliate of the Nebraska Mediation Center and a proud member of the Women’s Fund, Cicles – Omaha, Class 12. Addtitionally, She also contributed to the Nebraska State Bar Association’s Evidence Handbook.
