Alberto P Hernandez

AJ Hernandez is a dedicated and experienced attorney who has represented clients in a variety of civil litigation matters.

He brings a unique perspective to the firm, having previously worked at an insurance defense law firm for five years before joining High & Younes, LLC. This experience has proven invaluable in understanding the tactics and strategies employed by insurance companies, allowing AJ to better serve his clients and maximize their recovery.

AJ received his Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology from Penn State University. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law, where he actively participated in various legal organizations. This includes serving as Chief Justice for Phi Alpha Delta's local chapter while competing in moot court competitions.

Licensed to practice law in Nebraska, Iowa, and New Jersey, AJ is a versatile and knowledgeable attorney who is passionate about fighting for the rights of those injured due to the negligence of others. He is a strong advocate for his clients and is committed to achieving the best possible outcome in each case.

Outside of the office, AJ is a devoted father to his 6-year-old son, Sterling. On the weekends he enjoys spending time with his family, staying physically active, cheering on Penn State, and watching the Miami Dolphins attempt to rekindle their glory days. He also enjoys traveling and considers himself a foodie who is willing to try anything.
