Rick advises clients on all aspects of employment-related contractual matters, including employment, executive compensation, tax matters, confidentiality, noncompetition, and separation or severance agreements. Rick assists clients in design and implementation of traditional and customized executive and management incentive compensation programs using equity based incentives and/or traditional non-qualified deferred compensation components.

Rick advises health care professionals on all aspects of operating a health care business, from entity selection, formation and governance to joint ventures, contractual matters, including employment, independent contractor, physician compensation, confidentiality, buy-sell and personal services agreements, real estate and equipment leasing, asset protection, privacy and security matters, and all aspects of regulatory compliance. Rick represents clients before state and federal agencies.
