Peng Li

I reached out to Peng for legal guidance regarding immigration. He promptly set up a zoom call meeting, took the money, and afterwards told me to contact him when I'm ready to begin the next stage. However, several weeks later, I attempted to contact him, as we had arranged, but he ignored me. I foun...d out from his work partner (several ignored emails and missed phone calls later) that Pang has absolutely no recollection of our meeting and doesn't have time for me at the moment. Thank you for wasting my, and my girlfriend's, time.

I had contacted Mr. Li in March about immigration needs for my boyfriend and I. He was very quick to respond and helpful in the beginning. We had been in contact for a few weeks and were waiting for a visa to be approved. In the meantime Mr. Li had told me to let him know once my boyfriend was he...re so he could start the next step. When we had a question about the process, we emailed Mr. Li. No response. Gave it a few days and emailed him again since we are in a time sensitive case. Still no response. I called Mr. Li and left a few messages over the course of several days still with no response. After waiting on Mr. Li for multiple days, I decided to try and call Mr. Herbert who finally returned my call. Mr. Herbert asked me if I was a client and to my knowledge I was since we had been in contact and Mr. Li said he would start the next step for us. Mr. Herbert was kind enough to talk to Mr. Li about why he wasn't responding to my emails or calls. Mr. Herbert called me back and said that Mr. Li had no recollection of ever meeting with me, had no notes of our zoom call, and is no longer taking clients. Why Mr. Li didn't contact me with any of that himself, I'm not sure. So to anyone needing an immigration lawyer, please be sure to have proof that you are indeed a client because somehow he "forgets" his clients. A waste of my time and several months that I could've been working with a different lawyer.
