Emily Caroline Dawkins

Emily focuses her law practice on family matters, including divorce, custody, child support, and adoption. She also provides affirming legal representation to LGBTQIA+ individuals and families. Emily believes that when we replace conflict with peaceful collaboration, we can create a better foundation for future co-parenting relationships and family dynamics, which in turn makes a lasting impact on our children and our communities. 

Emily is also a skilled courtroom advocate who works hard to empower her clients as they fight for the life they deserve. She is trauma informed and carefully provides clear guidance and realistic solutions to meet each client’s individual goals.

When she is not practicing law, you can find Emily lacing up her running shoes, reading a good book in her garden, or playing board games with family.
