I practice in all areas of patent prosecution and counseling from helping clients identify IP to post grant procedings. I focos on computer, chemical, mechanical technologies including software, biofuels, and a variety of consumer and industrial products.

I have experience drafting IT and IP licenses related to patents, trademarks and copyrights. I have drafted joint development agreements an a variety of other IP related agreements.

I represent clients in a variety of contexts involving patent infringement claims including defending clients from assertions by non-practicing entities. I have extesnsive experience in researching and drafting noninfringement and invalidity opinions.
