Samuel Allen Huckle

Spent almost 2 hrs on the phone last Thursday with the receptionist, and then the intake coordinator, and then an attorney, Sam Huckle. I was talking to them in regards to my elderly mother who fell and broke her hip in front of a restaurant. He was friendly and excited to talk with us and wanted to ...talk to my mom right away. She called later Thursday night and set up a phone appointment for him to call at 3 P.M the next day. No phone call. I texted him later that evening asking why he never called my mom and there was no response. I also sent pictures of the accident with no response. My dad emailed photos with no response. My mom called again Monday morning and left a message and no return call so I contacted The Advocates myself today around 1:30. Miraculously they were able to get Sam on the phone with me who stated he sent my parents a message to reschedule Friday. He said that he texted him when I pressed and I reminded him again that my parents are elderly and that it's a landline and that he also didn't return my text messages or my father's email. He then went on to say that he changed his mind and decided over the weekend that it wouldn't be a good case for him. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed. Does anybody have integrity anymore?
