Randy J. Stevenson

R.J. (Randy) Stevenson, a Fellow in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, represents employers in all aspects of labor relations and employment law.  He provides counsel and litigation for issues involving workplace safety and health (including proceedings before the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission), wrongful discharge, discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblower, labor-management (including union organizing campaigns, unfair labor practice charges, labor negotiations, arbitrations, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board), and wage/hour matters.  Randy is a partner and Chair of the firm's Labor, Employment and Employee Benefits Law Group.

Randy has been "AV" rated by Martindale-Hubbell since 1998.  Since 2003 he has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in the fields of Employment Law and Labor Law.  He has also been included in Great Plains Super Lawyers since 2009 and Chambers USA (Band 1 - Labor & Employment) since 2004.  He is a past Chair of the Nebraska State Bar Association’s Labor Relations and Employment Law Section.  Additionally, he has served on the boards of numerous community, professional, civic and church groups and has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Creighton University’s School of Law.
