Biography
I earned my bachlor's degree from Peru State College in 2006 and my J.D. Degree from Creighton University School of Law in 2010. Throughout law school, I worked as a law clerk for a local law firm that practiced family and juvenile law. After successfully completing the Nebraska Bar, I began a solo career working in juvenile court and practicing family law. I believed that in starting my own practice, I could be more effective in helping people deal with family law issues. In 2012, I formed Oestmann Law P.C. L.L.O. to continue working in the areas of family and juvenile law.
