Justin William Pritchett

With over 15 years of experience gained across four industries, four countries, and two continents, Justin brings a unique breadth and depth of understanding to his law practice.

Justin represents individuals and businesses in an array of litigation matters while specializing in personal injury, criminal defense, appellate law, and civil disputes. His diverse background in law and academics enables him to calmly approach complex and novel cases with critical thinking and an inimitable perspective.

Justin earned his Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law. While in law school, Justin interned with the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. These experiences deepened his understanding and practice of federal criminal law and civil procedure.

Justin also holds a PhD in philosophy from the University of Aberdeen, a Masters in theology from Regent College, and an undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Christopher Newport University.

When Justin is not in the office, he spends time fishing, gardening, golfing, and watching his kids and dogs chase the chickens about the yard.
