Jesse David Sitz

Jesse was referred by a family friend. Cordial, but not terribly knowledgeable on what is purportedly his area of expertise, taxes. I was forewarned to some extent when he used the verbiage "I've been told it may take a month and a half" for the IRS to respond to my delinquent returns. (10 months lat...er, nothing) I subsequently retained Howard Kaplan, who resolved my issue with a 45 minute phone call and $300. In my opinion Jesse wasn't/ isn't malicious, he simply lacks the requisite subject knowledge to effectively provide counsel.
