My veteran friends asked me why did I choose Berry law honestly, there were hundreds of options I wasn’t familiar with any of the options that I was reviewing, but I came across this one law firm Berry law out of Lincoln, Nebraska, and I read their story and I read how they started and why they do wh...at they do and all of the reviews that I looked at. I saw nothing but success stories. I noticed that they started in 1965 and have been serving veterans for 60 years. All of their ratings were high so I took a leap of faith just based on what I read and I have to tell you it was all true. I was assigned attorney David Hoeser .David was absolutely amazing . Knowledgeable, professional and passionate about his work but before I started working with David, I was introduced to the people that got the process started sending me the right paperwork so that they could have more information on my case and they were Andrea Iriarte, Paloma Herrera,Abigail Smith, Andrew Pereira and Roci Stewart. Each one of these people would back up the others if there was information that I had left out or didn’t complete each one of these team members checked on me and check to see if everything was good .It was simply amazing. That’s literally five people just to make sure that the paperwork was in and everything was signed and dated .Then I had the pleasure of talking to Ken Nguven, another team member that told me about the different filings that they were doing and keeping me up-to-date with everything up to that point mind you this process 90% of it only took a couple of months. I literally had a claim processed in 30 days successfully, which brought me to 100% P&T I totally acknowledge that I would never have been able to get there without the help of Barry law firm. All vets know sometimes in that process of trying to get your disability things just go awry. It seems like their computers take over kickback claims all sorts of stuff that prevents the veteran from getting what they deserve. I was totally shocked that I actually had a claim that was won in 30 days. Mind you I had seven people on the team to help me to succeed. I am totally satisfied with the work that Berry Law firm has done. They only allow us to give up to a five star rating on this platform I think they deserve a 20 star rating .
