Not sure based on the information if he has any right to run the drug dog by your car. Once the dog hits on the car, likely the search would be...

You cannot change your plea by appeal, but you can appeal the conviction and sentence. Best to get a good lawyer involved with the matter.

You need to insure that home is taken care of, i.e., taxes etc. They won't take if for drugs.
