Gerald Darwin Johnson

I am the founding partner of the Law Offices of Johnson & Pekny L.L.C. I spent a large portion of my early adult life working and building relationships in small rural agricultural communities in northwest Iowa and eastern SD.  Service at our Firm is built on small town values.  Small town values incorporate fairness, honesty and hard work in addressing our client’s legal issues, often during difficult times in our client’s lives with sincerity and dignity.  Our attorneys and supporting staff have adopted those values and along with an excellent grasp of the law, work hard to provide excellent personalized service; consequently, developing long term relationships with our clients whether they reside around the block from our office or across the country.
