Joshua Livingston threatened me when I discovered that a motion he was supposed to file had not been filed, which ruined my trial preparation and left me unprepared for important issues in my case. He did not provide the level of assistance with discovery that I expected, leaving me exposed to att...acks from opposing counsel without adequate preparation. I was also extremely concerned that my Social Security number was disclosed during the discovery process without sufficient advice or protection. I cannot recommend this representation based on my experience.
