Mr. Wagner was my legal consult as the Plaintiff in a 1+ year divorce case that should have lasted 60 days. The Defendant made legal choices dragging it out. Mr. Wagner ensured it played out drama-free & quick as possible to allow dignity to both sides despite that. He was frank & honest. The result ...was I knew what might come next and I never had to get real frustrated. He's experienced with law and people -- every prediction he made in the first month was correct up to the divorce date over a year later (keep in mind he was clear they were predictions not promises). It helped prep for each step. He respectfully cut through BS from the other side each time it hit. Finally, he knew the case would be unnecessarily long so he kept meetings etc. at a clip while still covering all needed bases. In other words he wouldn't allow legal waste w/ $$$. It was great. There were no kids & no marital property except a car. Mr. Wagner stuck to facts & legal statute. So the Defendant was shut down from each/every false claim made. Also because of his respect to law & to both sides, I walked away with no regret. It may not seem important but it is when it's over and you look back. Also I kept the car.

As far as court cases go, ours was a minor matter. Yet Mr. Wagner gave it serious attention. His motto of under promise and over deliver is exactly what we got. He prepared us well for what to expect, what to do (and not do), and gave us the gambit of outcomes. His knowledge of the law and familiarit...y with arguing in front of our judge won our case. He was very gracious and professional in court and to the prosecutor after it was over with. Worth every cent!

Jeff was honest with me from day one as far as what to expect. My divorce took quite some time and he was always prepared. He never promised me anything more than he could deliver. I didn't feel like he was dragging things out for financial gain. Hes just a good guy. The difference is... When hes put... up against someone, he is a beast. Watching him rip someone apart during questioning is absolutely amazing. He's good at what he does, but he does it in a non insulting way to whoever he is drilling with questions.
