I also counsel companies and individuals through complex disputes and situations and develops practical and creative solutions to solve unique problems in a timely fashion. This requires participation in multi-party negotiations with a focus on balanced and fair outcomes, as well as risk management and prevention. I also have a developed skill in taking complicated information and legal principles and presenting them to non-lawyers in a concise and easy-to-understand format.
