Lori Lei Jensen

I would never recommend Lori Jensen after what happened in my husband’s case. There were documented communications between her and the prosecution showing that he would take the plea if his sentence ran concurrent with his other cases. He relied on that, gave up his right to trial, and still ended... up with additional consecutive prison time. What makes this especially unacceptable to me is that when the outcome did not match the plea understanding he relied on, she did not withdraw the plea. He went to prison, and years later he is still fighting through appeals and post-conviction proceedings over what happened. When your freedom is on the line, you need an attorney who catches problems before you are sent to prison, not one whose representation leaves you spending years trying to untangle the damage afterward. Based on my husband’s experience, I would not trust Lori Jensen with a plea deal involving someone I cared about.
