My experience with this law office has been extremely disappointing, primarily due to poor communication and a lack of transparency. After paying for legal representation, I expected to be kept reasonably informed about my own case. Instead, it has taken an unreasonable amount of time to receive u...pdates, and I have had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic information. At one point, I went nearly two weeks without any communication after being told that contact had been made with opposing counsel. When I recently requested an itemized billing statement and a clear summary of actions taken on my case, I was told that they “don’t owe me that information,” which is both concerning and unprofessional. Clients should never be made to feel like they are asking for too much when simply trying to understand the work being done on their behalf. Additionally, during a phone call with an assistant, Angelica, I was abruptly placed on hold mid-conversation without any notice or explanation. While this may seem minor on its own, it reflects a broader pattern of dismissive and unprofessional communication. Overall, this experience has lacked the level of professionalism, responsiveness, and transparency that I expected when hiring legal counsel. I strongly encourage others to consider these issues before choosing this office.
