Horrible client experience. I asked his office repeatedly that I travel often and don’t have the opportunity to check my mail often. So please going forward email any communication to me to ensure I receive it in a timely manner. This was never done once the entire time. However I did get one email f...rom them in the end. He emailed me that he was going to send me my billing statement in the mail! I’m not even joking. I asked for a refund for his over priced services and was told he though it was fair. So now I’m out $750 I gave to him for a speeding ticket case, and I have to pay the court $708 and who knows what my insurance will be now. Just a complete scam if you’re going to spend that much you might as well do your research and hire someone who is worth it.
