Do not waste your money on Joe Allen. He is a terrible attorney. Unfortunately I could not afford to hire an attorney for my son and he had to have an appointed attorney. Joe was appointed and I do not think that he even looked at the case once. He lied to my son. He lied to me. We asked specific ...questions about the reports and evidence and Joe could not answer them because he had not looked at them. His assistant Tanya is rude and horrible. My son may not have made the best choices but Joe did not do his job. Beg, plead, borrow, do whatever you have to do if Joe is appointed to your case.
