Born and raised in McPherson, Kansas in 1968, E. Thomas Pyle III was admitted to the Kansas Bar and the U.S. District Court of Kansas in 1996. This graduate of Bethany College and magna cum laude graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law received numerous awards and commendations while at school, including the American Jurisprudence Awards for Excellence in Torts, Business Entities, Legal Malpractice, Interviewing and Counseling and Banking Law, as well as the Greenhill Award for Torts from the Texas Supreme Court. He was a Board of Regents Scholar at Texas Tech University School of Law. He is a member of the McPherson, Kan. and American Bar Associations, the Kansas Association for Justice (Eagle) and the American Association for Justice.
