Alexander P. Gentry

Alex P. Gentry devotes his legal career to helping those who are truly in need. He accomplishes this by fighting against negligent acts committed by individuals or corporations who infringe on the rights of the injured.

The oldest son, Alex was born and raised here in Wichita, Kansas. He learned the lessons of hard work and integrity from his father, who worked two jobs to care for their family. For 12 years, Alex worked his way through the legal field. Beginning as a legal intern, graduating to intake specialist, and then serving as a paralegal, he then took on the role of office manager.

While working full time, Alex earned his bachelor's degree from Wichita State University in 2011. Alex's working knowledge of the judiciary system and federal and state legislature make him an excellent advocate.

In 2014, Alex earned his Juris Doctorate at Washburn University School of Law. While in attendance, he served as President of the Asian American Law Student Association. He represented clients in the litigation clinic, fighting for their rights. He is licensed to practice law in Kansas and the United States District Court of the District of Kansas. Alex is a member of the Wichita Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association, and Wichita Young Lawyers Association.

He enjoys living in his hometown of Wichita, Kansas, and riding his bike on the Arkansas River Bike Path. Alex also loves spending time with his family—just ask him about his nieces!
