Be Aware
People come and go in his office. He didn't file a motion on time which ended up costing us to lose a lot of money. Now it's to late to get our money but he got his. Once he did he was not interested at all and rude when we asked about paying over $3000 into our 13....go somewhere else.

Very helpful and knowledgeable!
Mr. Studtmann and his staff were very helpful in my time of need. I was burdened by harassing phone calls from creditors, threatened by lawsuits and I had no idea what to do! Mr. Studtmann and his staff put me at ease and made me feel like I mattered to them. I would and have recommend his office.

Please avoid
Save yourself the headache of dealing with this Lawyer. I was misinformed on the fees he charges. We got our butts kicked in court , And you will only be dealing with his support group (aka legal assistant) during the long drawn out duration of your case. And you will pay a hefty charge for doing so...
