Biography
David Arst is a native of Wichita. After graduating from Carelton College he attended The University of Chicago and Kansas University Law Schools. He served as Editor of the Law Review at KU.
In addition to his private practice, his legal career includes serving as a Wichita Municipal Court Judge, an Assistant County Counselor and the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee for over 16 years. He is the recipient of the Wichita Bar Association’s Howard C. Kline Award voted on by Wichita Bar Association attorneys and awarded to members who through the years of their practice have exemplified integrity, professionalism and service to the Bar. He has a AV Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubbell which is the highest possible rating attorneys can receive based on legal ability and ethical standards reflecting the confidential opinions of members of the Bar and Judiciary.
