David N. Johnson

David has been a fantastic lawyer. I do not know why there are bad reviews. He knows his job, and the state of the courts. He was very open about what we did or did not have a chance of winning. He isnt scared to say that what you want isnt possible. that may turn people away, but id rather have... a lawyer who is honest with what is possible, and will make sure im not throwing my money away just to have a court battle.

He quit on me, because I didn't pay him after only two weeks. He sent my bills including all mail to the wrong address & blamed me for not responding to it. He quit three and a half months before my divorce court date. He sided with my ex wife's attorney and constantly second guessed himself,... by letting the other attorney representing my ex-wife tell him what to do and how to do it. He didn't even know how to represent me in court since I'm in the military and stationed out of Kansas. He was difficult to work with to say the least. I constantly had to do most of the work and paid $5,000 dollars to this guy. He took vacation during my case and didn't have any answers for me while he was gone for two weeks. I wouldn't recommend this guy unless you like wasting your time and money.

He acted as a Limited Case Manager for our custody battle. He was slanted toward my spouse, even though she has mental issues and a history of drug abuse. He introduced sensitive topics to witnesses that weren't privy to that information, and for no reason whatsoever. A horrible experience altogether.... He's a real creep. He was court appointed, and we had to pay this man.
