Bradley J. Prochaska

Brad Prochaska founded the firm in 1986.

Mr. Prochaska was awarded the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association (KTLA) Consumer Advocate Award in 2001 for his success in cases pursued on behalf of consumers who were injured. He was honored with the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association Distinguished Service Award for his success in helping injured people while bringing respect to the legal profession.

The Board of Governors of Kansas Trial Lawyers Association awarded Mr. Prochaska the Distinguished Service Award in 2004 as special recognition of a distinguished member of this association who brings credit and respect to the legal profession. His perseverance in the face of strong opposition demonstrates his dedication to his clients and to the civil justice system.

He has been certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in Civil Trial Advocacy. He is a member of the KsAJ executive committee, Board of Governors, and Steering Committee. He has been a AAJ delegate and AAJ governor to the American Association for Justice (AAJ). He was vice president of Education with KsAJ. Mr. Prochaska is also a member of the American Association for Justice Birth Trauma Litigation Group, Professional Negligence Section, Interstate Trucking Litigation Group and he is a member of the AAJ Leaders Forum.

Mr. Prochaska is President of Kansas Association for Justice (formerly KTLA). He is a frequent speaker at seminars and a frequent writer for attorney publications.
