Sean D Walsh

Mr. Walsh joined Hinkle in the fall of 2011. His practice focuses primarily on Civil Litigation, practicing consistently in State and Federal Courts throughout the State of Kansas. Mr. Walsh has also been admitted to practice in, and has argued before, the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. His practice includes representing clients in Commercial & Complex Litigation, Employment Litigation, Transportation & Motor Carrier Litigation, Construction Litigation, Oil & Gas, and Product Liability. Mr. Walsh consistently handles business matters such as employment discrimination, OSHA whistleblower actions, and business dissolution & valuation disputers, as well as handling catastrophic personal injury occurrences. He represents both self-insured and third-party insured manufacturers, retailers, distributors, motor carriers, designers, and service providers.  He is also a member of the transportation practice group’s Critical Occurrence Response Team, responding to catastrophic events involving the firm’s motor carrier/transportation industry clients.

Sean was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, and graduated cum laude from Wichita State University with a Bachelors degree in Accounting. He completed his J.D. at the University of Kansas School of Law in the spring of 2011. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.
