Mr. Herd is a lifelong Kansas resident and fourth-generation attorney originating from Coldwater. He is the great-grandson of Dick H. Rich (admitted 1903); grandson of Horace H. Rich (admitted 1921); and son of former Kansas Supreme Court Justice and former Kansas State Senator Harold S. Herd (admitted 1946). Mike has embraced their legacy in devoting his career toward the advancement of his profession and serving the community while delivering high-quality legal services to his clients.
