Bradley Alan Pistotnik

Brad Pistotnik has been practicing law since 1981. He has many trials in his lifetime career, including extended trials up to nine weeks long. He’s litigated against insurance carriers, such as Allstate, nursing homes across the country, and motor carriers in Kansas and throughout the country. He has litigated against Tyson Foods, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM), Federal Express, UPS and other motor carriers.

He focuses his practice in personal injury cases which result in severe and catastrophic injuries, death, paralysis, coma, amputation and other physical harm. His legal work concentrates on tractor-trailer accidents, auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, commercial vehicle accidents, construction site accidents, catastrophic medical malpractice, nursing home negligence and other cases which require intensive skilled litigation.

Brad graduated from Kansas State University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing. Brad graduated from the University Of Kansas School Of Law and received a Juris Doctor degree in 1981. He is licensed to practice in Kansas and Oklahoma state courts. He is admitted to practice in the Federal District Court in Kansas. Brad works frequently in other states across the United States where he is admitted Pro Hac Vice with local counsel. He has represented clients in Illinois, New Mexico, Virginia, Missouri, Texas and other states.

Brad is a member of the Board of Governors of the Kansas Association for Justice. Brad is a member of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers through the American Trial Lawyers Association, and is recognized by the American Society of Legal Advocates as a top 100 litigation lawyer. He has authored articles on the law in the area of tractor-trailer accidents and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations (FMCSR) of the Department of Transportation. Brad has been a speaker at seminars for the Kansas Bar Association in the area of tractor-trailer accidents. He authored “Divorce War, 50 Strategies Every Woman Needs to Know to Win” (Adams Media). Mr. Pistotnik appeared on the television show Geraldo to talk about his book and accomplishments. He has been quoted by the New York Times in regard to the Michael Jackson case. He is an accomplished trial lawyer with numerous verdicts and settlements in the multimillion dollar range.
