The best!
Megan was very thorough, aggressive, and catered to all my needs! If I asked her to call me she would call me that day, if I emailed her she would email me back the day of! She is very good at what she does and gives the best advice in respect to what you are wanting to do! I would not have my kids as much if it wasn’t for her! I will recommend her to everyone in the future in need of an amazing attorney!

Everything you could want in a Lawyer
I was hesitant to get a female lawyer for my divorce. I had heard that they could be biased and not help the man in the situation as much as possible. Megan, was amazing. It was a very difficult time in my life and she was there to help guide me through all of it. I would/and do highly recommend her for anyone (male/female) going through a divorce. She is fair and honest about the financial aspects. She is not out just to collect a paycheck. If she does not earn it, she does not keep it. I wish all lawyers were as honest and caring as she was.

Great Attorney!

Perfect for me
After making the hardest decision of my life, I let Megan guide me down the rough, winding path towards divorce. Professional but not cold, focused, yet understanding of my needs, she was a wonderful advocate. She was easy to talk to, explained complex negotiations, and responded quickly to my many questions. Divorce is really hard and scary, but I felt like I was in exceptional hands with Megan and her team. I will be forever grateful for her assistance.

Professional and Effective
Ms. Kimbrell handled my divorce in a very professional manner. She returned calls and emails promptly, was succinct and efficient in her communication, and stayed above the fray to ensure that my divorce settlement was fair and would be approved by the other party and the court. She used less than her retainer and refunded the difference. If you can keep emotion out of things and are committed to a fair and equitable settlement she can be of great service. Fortunately we didn't have to go to court or have a lot of back and forth but she was prepared and I'm confident she would of done an outstanding job had we gone that direction. I would absolutely use Ms. Kimbrell for any future legal needs.

A good advocate
Ms. Kimbrell was an excellent advocate for me in my divorce. She was kind and knowledgeable and was able to stay above the emotional fray. She strongly advocated a fair division of assets which I greatly appreciate.

Kind and helpful
Megan assisted me with a custody and child support case. She was knowledgeable and realistic, and a great communicator. She patiently explained the legal jargon and helped me feel ok when things felt really overwhelming. We were able to settle in mediation, but I'm confident that she would have done a great job if we had had to go to court.

I have retained Ms. Kimbrell to help with issues following my divorce. She is an excellent attorney. I have found her to be professional, quick to respond to my questions and provide follow-up feedback and thorough in her assessment of situations and in her suggestions for how to address problems. Excellent Attorney
I contacted Megan's office and was offered an appointment in a timely manner. Megan was thorough and professional. As she handled my case, she would inform me of the options available, possible outcomes, her professional opinion, but she always let me make the final decision. Megan and her staff were efficient in every regard, from quickly answering my questions, to moving through the divorce process. Even with the emotions involved in a divorce case, Megan was calm and competent. I was especially impressed with her ability to work through particular issues looking for solutions and options. I felt like she respected and honored my input, and I was confident in her experienced ability. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent lawyer.

Great attorney
Last year, I went through a very difficult custody case with Megan Kimbrell as my attorney. I interviewed quite a few attorney before choosing Kimbrell. I was very pleased with Kimbrell's representation- she was friendly, always responded to me in a timely fashion and kept me posted on any new developments in my case, seemed very knowledgeable about the law, and definitely went to bat for me in the court room. I would choose her again if I had to do it over.

Terrible experience
Drug out my case and every time I turned around another bill for questionable services. No compassion and cold. I was a woman in distress and she was just terrible as was the rest of the office staff. Worst experience of my life. I switched attorneys and went with the office of Lynn Ward. Fabulous experience. Years later I landed on my feet, but the distaste and harm from this experience with MK still is in my memory.

Pleasant but ineffective
Professional, pleasant, honest yet seemingly completely ineffective. After several months of going back and forth with opposing counsel, each counter was worse than the previous and Ms Kimbrell readily acquiesced to opposing counsel at every turn when I required a tough and unyielding representation. Very disappointing.
