Haley Rae Sharp

Haley Sharp grew up in Southwest Kansas and is excited about making Wichita her new home. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Fort Hays State University in Justice Studies along with a minor degree in Political Science and her Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law.

After law school, Haley returned to Southwest Kansas where she represented clients in many surrounding counties and handled a variety of cases including guardian ad litem appointments in both child in need of care and guardianship cases, limited civil, traffic, misdemeanors, probate and estate planning. She also represented private individuals in protection from abuse and protection from stalking cases and provided counsel to victims of abuse through Liberal Area Rape Crisis and Domestic Violence Services. Most recently, she has focused her practice in family law. She has gained invaluable experience during her time practicing in Southwest Kansas and is looking forward to carrying that experience into her practice in Wichita.

Haley was admitted to the Kansas Bar in 2020 and the Oklahoma Bar in 2021. She joined Penner Lowe Law Group in March 2023. When she is not in the office, Haley enjoys cooking, traveling, gardening, and spending time with her family and pets.
