This attorney nearly cost me my husband. We were filing for a renewal of TPS and this idiot told us we didn't have to file the biometrics fee. I KNEW we did, but since he was the attorney, I trusted him. The USCIS denied my husband his TPS because of the failure to pay the biometrics fee. Fortunat...ely, Carlos was able to get that fixed, but there is NO reason it should have HAD to be fixed in the first place. Not even to mention that the CLIENT knew more about the process than HE, the LICENSED attorney did. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO RETURN TO YOUR HOMELAND!
