Ashley Ann Davis

Ashley A. Davis is lifelong resident of Kansas, and currently resides in west Wichita. She grew up in Kingman, Kansas and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kansas. Ashley received her Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 1999. She is licensed to practice law in the Kansas District Courts and the United States District Court ‑ District of Kansas. She practices several counties including, but not limited to, Sedgwick, Butler, Harvey, Sumner, Cowley, Reno, Kingman, McPherson, Barber and Saline. While Ashley predominately focuses her practice in Sedgwick and Butler Counties, she has enjoyed recent success in several counties through Kansas, even traveling to far southwest Kansas to litigate cases. Professionally, Ashley is a member of the American Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association, Wichita Bar Association, including several sub‑committees and the Wichita Women’s Attorney Association. Additionally, she is a member of the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association. From 2018-2020, Ashley participated in the Wichita Business Journal Career Women Program, and she remains an active member of the Junior League of Wichita for which she has been associated with since 2006. Ashley has been counseling and zealously advocating for her clients in family law cases for over twenty years, and she has a reputation for hard work and dedication to the clients she serves. In whatever she does, Ashley emphasizes her focus on helping people navigate the legal system during rough times in their personal lives. Ashley proudly says and believes: “My clients are what makes me love being a lawyer. I take pride in helping people through difficult times and showing them they and their families will make it through. My clients have been so appreciative and thankful of me, but really, I’m the one blessed to serve the good people and families of Kansas for 20 years.” Although Ashley focuses her practice in all areas of family law, with an emphasis on child custody and child support matters, she also practices in several other areas outlined below:
