Biography
Nathaniel Martens is a native of Newton, Kansas and completed his undergraduate studies at Chadron State College in the Panhandle of rural Nebraska. While attending Chadron State, Mr. Martens remained committed to Kansas, returning to paint homes in the Newton-area during the summer months. He permanently returned to the state to attend law school at Washburn University School of Law. Mr. Martens enjoyed academic success at Washburn where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Washburn Law Journal, Volume 55, and was a two-time recipient of the J.L. Weigand Legal Education Trust Scholarship. He graduated from Washburn University School of Law in 2016, earning magna cum laude honors with receipt of his juris doctorate.
Mr. Martens joined Fleeson, Gooing, Coulson & Kitch in 2016 and practices primarily in the area of civil litigation. He is a member of the Wichita and Kansas Bar Associations.
