I was sent to Mr. Hawley through Kansas legal aid, while fighting with my ex. I went in for my consultation, and he listened to every detail of everything going on. And with just an email, took care of the issue. He was quick, efficient, and after 2 other lawyers letting me down, I felt like I finall...y had someone in my corner. I will definitely be going back if there is another is, I don't care what the retainer is.

Atty. David Hawley is the best lawyer I have ever met in my life. He's just not a hardworking man but is also very smart and very good at what he's doing. He would never lie to you just to make you feel good or to hear what you want to hear. He will tell you straight forward what will happen. Not lik...e other lawyers that will keep lying to you so you will be broke when your case is finished. He helped me from the beginning and stayed by my side till the case was done. I am very happy that I hired him and I would highly recommend him because you will not waste you time or money. He's really worth it.

I hired David Hawley in April of 2016 for a fairly simple need that he confirmed would be quick and easy. He stated that he would be returning part of my retainer fee it was that easy. He went through my retainer in less than 2 months and drug the whole thing out until last month which was November o...f 2017. I could go on for hours. I would highly NOT recommend him to anyone. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Kansas Bar Association and I would suggest that anyone reading this that has had the same issues do the same thing to protect others.
