Throughout the case, the spouse of the client hid marital assets, refused to cooperate with disclosure and in seeking custody lied about child-related issues. We successfully defended the case, gained ... sole custody of the children, were able to recoup all the marital assets and the client's ex-spouse was required to pay $30,000 of our legal fees due to the ex-spouse's bad behavior during the divorce and chills custody proceeding.
