Justin Wayne Whitney

Justin is an attorney, C.P.A. and holds a Master of Laws in Taxation (Tax LLM). Justin’s practice focuses on business and commercial law, civil and criminal litigation, bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, estate planning, tax controversies and trust and probate administration. He regularly advocates for his clients in litigation matters in both state and federal courts and also counsels clients with regard to tax planning for business transactions, sales and business formation. Justin has written articles on tax and related legal topics for Ingram’s Magazine, Thomson Reuters, National Business Institute and the Kansas Bar Association. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine as a rising star each year for the last five years. Justin is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, the Topeka Bar Association and the Topeka Area Bankruptcy Council for which he previously served as Treasurer.
