Richard Joseph Raimond

I help our clients resolve a broad range of legal matters, with a particular focus on health care law, creditors’ rights, and landlord-tenant law. Primarily, I work with hospitals and other health care providers on regulatory and licensing matters, including such issues as drafting and revising corporate and medical staff bylaws, analyzing and resolving Stark and Anti-Kickback problems, and addressing HIPAA privacy concerns.

Over the course of my practice, I have handled everything from relatively minor disputes, such as resolving a boundary dispute between neighbors with a single letter; through to obtaining summary judgment in federal court in a number of employment discrimination cases.
