Very prompt, and responsive, effective, highly recemond

I have not had to interact with many lawyers, thankfully, however, we all know the jokes about lawyers and the type of people they tend to be. I can say with utmost certainty that Mr. Haprer is the exact opposite of any of those stereotypes about Lawyers. From the first consultation to discharge and... closing of my bankruptcy case Mr. Harper kept me appraised of what was happening. Every time I had a question he usually responded within 1 business day to an email and rarely did not answer his phone. I needed assistance getting documentation when my vehicle was totaled by the insurance, and he was able to promptly get me that documentation that I needed. I did retain the vehicle as it was only cosmetic damage, however, I needed the paperwork to be able to retitle the vehicle. When that vehicle quit working in its entirety towards the end of the case, after my final payment but prior to a discharge being ordered, he was able to get me the paperwork needed to apply for financing for a new vehicle in a timely manner.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
