Dispute between parties regarding the boundary between their parcels of property. Herb claimed that she was entitled to a parcel of the Mason's (my clients) property based upon adverse possession. He ... rb installed a fence and bushes along the line that she claimed was the boundary based upon her adverse possession claim. Masons filed suit to have the fence and bushes removed. Herb countersued to have title to the disputed property transferred to her.
