Richard Arnold Pinaire

Mr. Pinaire was the lawyer we chose, after speaking with several in the area, to handle our guardianship and then finally our adoption. He was incredibly knowledgeable and even took the time to research the laws and explain them in layman's terms to us. We had quite the unique situation as we were de...aling with adoption laws for both Kansas and Georgia to make sure that all parties involved were accounted for. Mr. Pinaire took care of our needs with ease and was always available to make sure we understood the processes that were happening as well as make us feel comfortable with the entire adoption process. His years of experience and knowledge of Kansas law made each meeting enjoyable and the final ruling a joyous one for us.

Better ask what you are paying for and do it before you do anything with this guy. After I thought I had paid my bill off he keeps sending more bills plus late fees. I keep asking him to send me my total final bill but I never get it! I've hired another attorney but I still get bills from this guy.... --Even today. When will it ever end?! He did complete the tasks I needed so one star for that. I did end up doing most of it though.
