Joshua John Boehm

I have worked in private general practice legal work both in my own firm and now as part of Weary Davis, LC. My practice continues to become more focused on general civil litigation, family law, and representing municipalities. With experience in many areas of law both drafting and litigation provides perspective and enhances the ability to do each. 

I grew up in northern Wisconsin, graduated from Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wisconsin with a degree in Marketing. After working for a few year returned to school and attended Washburn University School of Law, while in school he clerked for two years with a general practice firm in Topeka doing primarily criminal defense and civil litigation.
