Mr. Boyd is an experienced attorney with licenses in both Missouri and Kansas. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri, raised in Kansas City, Missouri and currently lives in Overland Park, Kansas with his wife, child, and dogs. He earned his law degree from the University of Missouri -- Kansas City School of Law. Mr. Boyd is a first generation attorney who has dedicated his career to helping those that need it.
While in law school, Mr. Boyd worked as a Rule 13 Intern at the Jackson County Public Defender's office. This allowed him to gain knowledge of the courtroom and experience handling criminal matters in front of judges and juries. After graduating from The University of Missouri -- Kansas City School of Law, Mr. Boyd joined a nationally recognized product liability law firm where he was tutored by some of the best trial lawyers in the country. Mr. Boyd has experience litigating civil matters, including the pursuit and defense of mass torts, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, insurance disputes and general personal injury cases. Mr. Boyd uses his knowledge and experience to ensure that his clients' claims are timely and properly pursued.
Mr. Boyd focuses mainly on personal injury, mass torts, business litigation, employment discrimination, criminal defense, such as DUIs and traffic tickets, and the planning and drafting of estate documents.
