He asked very specific questions, advised us on the simplest and best way to handle it, carefully explained it all to my elderly mother in her home so she could understand it, and made sure ...it was done exactly as she had desired. Following her death, we made a follow up visit with him and he made sure that all was done correctly -- and it was made so much simpler because of the work he had previously done. He was very courteous, respectful, and prompt in accomplishing what we asked. His fees were very reasonable. I would highly recommend him. My whole family was very pleased with the work that he did and the advice that he gave to us.
