Daniel Scott Rabin

Daniel S. Rabin has been a member of the firm Berman & Rabin since 1990, following three years of practice at another local collection law firm. Graduating from the University of Kansas in 1984 and earning his law degree from Oklahoma City University Law School in 1987, he was admitted to the Kansas Bar in the same year and the Missouri Bar the following year. Mr. Rabin is licensed to practice in Federal Court in both Kansas and Missouri and holds memberships in the Kansas City Metropolitan, Johnson County, Kansas, and American Bar Associations. Additionally, he is an active member of the National Creditors Bar Association and the Commercial Law League of America. Mr. Rabin is among a select group of attorneys in the Kansas City area certified by the American Collectors Association (ACA) as a MAP and CNR attorney and serves as the ACA Chairman for the State of Kansas. With a focus on creditor's rights enforcement, collections, and representing collection agencies, Mr. Rabin also handles collection notice reviews as a significant part of his practice.
